She may always be a little shy and independent, but she has found her voice and isn't afraid to use it! As she has become more comfortable, she's also become quite vocal about letting her people know what she wants. Whether she's asking for dinner, fresh water, her favorite freeze-dried minnows, or simply to be let into the bathroom, Niffty has learned that communication works!<br/><br/>Niffty is more of a **"let's coexist together"** kind of girl than a cuddler. She enjoys being in the same room with her humans and keeping them company, even if she's not necessarily looking to curl up in their laps. She appreciates affection in her own way and will let you know when she's in the mood for a few head scratches.<br/><br/>She's also playful and loves her toys, especially string toys and automatic rolling balls. She gets along with other cats after an adjustment period but will need time to settle in and feel comfortable.<br/><br/>Niffty would do best in a calm, quiet home with someone who understands that love doesn't always look like a lap cat.
