Meet NICOLE HAUGHT
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BELOW. IT WILL ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS. If you still have questions after, we are happy to respond through email.
It is a long read and a long adoption process. Please understand we are ensuring that our babies go to great homes and we don't know you personally (yet). Understand that this is an adoption of a beautiful little soul that deserves the absolute best life.
The average lifespan of a cat is 13 to 20 years. Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! Rescue Mama has had 3 live into their 20's. One was 8 weeks old.
NICOLE HAUGHT and 12 other relatives of hers we're all dumped at a church in Whittier, California. These poor babies were left in the sun in a total of two carriers in front of a church. Needless to say, the rescue mama set course that day to pick them up. It took us 2 days to get them all to the rescue and to foster care.
So NICOLE HAUGHT (named after the show: WYNONNA EARP) we believe was kept very well by whomever abandoned them. With all the tragedy that has happened to this girl and her family, she deserves to have a wonderful home. She is now been living a nice pampered life. Let her tell you all about herself.
Meet NICOLE HAUGHT, a delicate Tuxedo cat from Whittier, California, whose elegance is painted in striking black and white and whose gentle spirit is waiting to bloom in a place filled with kindness. NICOLE HAUGHT carries both the charm of youth and the tenderness of a cat who is still learning that the world can be safe and warm. Her coat looks like a perfectly tailored outfit, with a classic tuxedo pattern that makes her appear ready for the fanciest of occasions, though what she truly craves is not a gala, but a loving home where she can relax and shine.
NICOLE HAUGHT is a little shy at first, the kind of cat who prefers to quietly observe her surroundings before stepping forward with trust. Once she feels secure, however, her playful side comes alive. She has a special fondness for batting around toys, chasing after wand teasers, and—most adorably—indulging in the creamy delight of Churru treats. This is the quickest way to her heart, and with each lick, her trust in her caregiver grows stronger.
One of NICOLE HAUGHT’s sweetest qualities is her ability to get along with friendly cats. She seems to find comfort in feline companionship, as if having a buddy nearby gives her courage. Because of this, she may thrive in a home where another gentle, playful cat can help her continue building confidence. She hasn’t been around dogs or young children, so a calm and patient environment would suit her best, especially one where her new family understands that she may need time, gentle encouragement, and plenty of love to fully blossom.
NICOLE HAUGHT needs a guardian who will not only offer her safety, but also celebrate her quirks—the way her white whiskers twitch when she’s curious, how her paws dance when she’s chasing after a toy, and her quiet but powerful way of showing affection when she’s finally comfortable. She has already proven that, with patience and kindness, she will reward her caregivers with endless charm, playfulness, and companionship.
NICOLE HAUGHT is ready to begin her new chapter. Could you be the one to show her how wonderful life can be in a caring environment filled with love? To learn more about adopting NICOLE HAUGHT, please find her on our website: WorkinWhiskers.com

Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption.
We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out....be patient.
