Nick Furry's Story
Nick Furry is a dsh orange and white tabby male - dob 12/24/18.

Nick Furry was living outside of an apartment complex in a cardboard box. He had wounds all over him, especially his head and ears, and his eye was just .... gone. It's taken multiple surgeries to fully clear out all the infection and .. eye remnants (eek), and to fix his mouth full of shattered teeth. Now he's all healed up and LOVING that he's living life without those constant sources of pain. Nick is a lover, not a fighter, so life outside had to have been absolutely awful for him. He's a gentle guy who gets along with everyone (he's been snuggling kittens in his foster home!), but he especially loves his humans. He loves stretching out in the big bed with them. Wherever his people are is where he wants to be. Not to be pesky about wanting attention (though he loves scritches) he just wants to be in the same room with them, knowing that they're there and he's safe and loved now.

His adoption fee is $100, which includes spay/neuter, rabies and FVRCP vaccines, de-worming and flea prevention. It also includes a Fiv/FeLV test and microchip.

We are primarily a foster-based rescue, so most of our adoptable dogs and cats are in private homes in the NW Florida Panhandle. The best way to meet one of them is to attend our adoption events, typically on Saturdays. To find out where we'll be just click here: https://www.facebook.com/SavingWithSoul/events

If you would like to get the process started to adopt one of our pets, just go here: https://savewithsoul.com/adopt/

Thank you for considering a rescue! When you adopt from a rescue you are saving 2 lives - the one you are adopting and the next one in need that you have made space for in foster care!
