Neptune's Story

Neptune is a gentle giant who needs someone with a little bit of patience and is willing to let him be who he is. Neptune came from a hoarding case where he was one of many and suffered from neglect and poor living conditions. As a result, Neptune is FIV+, but that is not a big deal. Neptune is very comfortable around other cats, and he loves to play. This big guy has been in rescue almost 2 years and has come so far from the shy, hesitant boy he used to be. He gives head bumps and loves to be pet. The way to Neptunes heart is definitely through his stomach! Crack a can of wet food and he is your friend forever!

Pet Friends Inc.'s Adoption Policy

Our dogs are available to meet the public on the first through fourth Saturdays of each month at Carwen's Boarding, Grooming, and Training Center, 101 Buttermilk Hollow Road, North Huntingdon, PA, from 11 until 2. They can also be met by appointment by adopters whose applications have been approved. Our cats are all housed in foster homes. Meet and greets can be scheduled to meet available cats and kittens. We regularly host meet-a-pet events - check our Facebook page for information.
