Nemo's Story

Nemo is a sweet boy who loves affection and being with his human family. He loves to just lay around on the couch and getting lots of love and petting. He also gets along well with other cats and loves to play. Nemo is currently 1 year and 6 months old as of March 2025

When Nemo was a few months old he had an eye infection. This caused a small part of his third eye lid to detracted. Our vet fixed him right up though my removing the small portion of this detached third eye lid. The issue is now completely resolved and should not require any further treatment. Due to the type of surgery he had his right eye does tend to get a little watery and you may need to wipe it with a tissue once a day or so.

Nemo has already been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and is on monthly flea treatment.

Meows and Mittens Rescue is an in-home non-profit rescue group. All of our available kitties live in our homes with us which allows us to really get to know their personalities and to better match our kitties to what personality type the adopter is looking for. All of our available kitties have already been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and on monthly flea treatment.

Please feel free to contact us either through PetFinder or via email at MeowsandMittensRescue@yahoo.com with any questions, to setup a 'meet and greet' with Nemo or if you would like us to send you an adoption application.
