Nemo's Story

Nemo - Male (6ish months)
Hi my name is Nemo! I'm a 6-month-old orange tabby boy who started life a little rough — I was found outside with an upper respiratory infection and now rock a stylish half-tail (my style of a lucky fin).
I’m a total foodie (wet food is my absolute favorite) and I go wild for toys, especially the ones that move on their own! At first I’m a bit shy and quiet, but once I trust you, I’ll flop onto my back for belly rubs. I’m not super cuddly or demanding of attention — I’m perfectly happy chilling nearby while you do your thing.
I do best in a calm, quiet home with no kids or dogs.
Bonus points if my bestie Dory comes with me — we’re two peas in a pod and would love to stay together!"

Nemo is neutered, microchipped, FVRCP vaccinated, and has tested negative for FeLV and FIV.

!!! Completion of the application and interview process does not guarantee an adoption approval or guarantee the adoption of a particular cat or kitten. Desert Paws Rescue is a privately run, all-volunteer, non-profit organization and reserves the right to refuse any adoption that is not in the best interest of the cat or kitten, based on our principles, policies, and standards. Desert Paws Rescue will determine the best home for each cat or kitten based on the application and interview process. After review of the adoption consultation form and the completion of the interview with a Desert Paws representative, Desert Paws Rescue may recommend a different cat or kitten that is more suitable to your household.
