Nellie is a tiny black panther with an extraordinary story and an even bigger heart. She was found running along the side of a freeway on-ramp, frightened and clearly abandoned by her humans. In a horrifying moment, Nellie jumped down a nearly 100-foot wall, so her rescuer climbed under a fence and onto the side of the freeway to reach her. Somehow, she walked away with just scrapes. <br/><br/>From that day forward, it was clear that Nellie is a true survivor. Despite everything she has endured in her short life, Nellie is incredibly affectionate and gentle. <br/><br/>She loves people deeply and seeks out comfort, cuddles, and reassurance, as if she knows she is finally safe.
