Ned's Story

This little guy was fairly terrified to be rescued and bit his rescuer all the way through his glove! A bit of firm loving later, he turned out to be a cuddly purring sweetheart.<br/>Ned was born at the beginning of June of 2024. If he is not neutered by the time he is adopted, he will be on a spay/neuter contract. He is microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. As always, cat/kitten adoptions are free will donation to approved applicants. ****The first step in the adoption process is to complete the application at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org****

Emmet County Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
It takes a very special person to choose adoption!  Most animals are homeless through no fault of their own, so please get to know a shelter pet and consider opening your heart and home to one (or two!). If you are interested in adopting, visit our webpage at emmetcountyanimalshelter.org and fill out the application found on the homepage. We work very hard to find lasting love through adoption for our furry friends and would like them to meet your entire family, including other pets, to ensure their next home is their FOREVER home!  Adoption is a fun & fur-filled family affair at ECAS. We'd paws-i-tively love to hear from you!  Call 712-209-1288 or e-mail us at emmetcountyanimalshelter@live.com. Send us HAPPY TAIL adoption stories, inquire about our adoptable pets or learn how you can lend a hand to paws!
