She is still unsure of humans, but beneath her cautious exterior she's incredibly playful and loves the company of other friendly cats! She adores bird watching, fun toys, and cozy beds to lay her head on at the end of an adventurous day.<br/><br/>Narla would do best in a calm, quiet home with patient adopters who will give her the space and time she needs to decompress, build confidence, and gradually learn to trust. She would thrive with another friendly feline to show her the ropes. Due to limited volunteer power, applications submitted for cats or kittens no longer available will not be reviewed. <br/><br/>About Ten Lives:<br/><br/>Ten Lives Cat Rescue is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit organization located in Rhode Island. Our foster-based program is 100% volunteer-powered. We do not have a facility or shelter with regular visiting hours. Out of respect for the time, privacy, and safety of our foster families, we require an approved adoption application before scheduling a meet and greet with a foster cat. <br/><br/>Our goal is to place cats in their best-matched homes and facilitate lifelong adoptions. We do not review applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. We believe that veterinary care is an important part of cat guardianship. As such, a veterinary check is part of our adoption process. Our goal is to contact applicants within 96 business hours of receiving their application. During kitten season, wait times may be longer due to the influx of applications. We are all volunteers and kindly ask for your patience! <br/><br/>All Ten Lives cats are spayed or neutered, receive age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLv and parasites, dewormed, treated for fleas, and microchipped. These services are inclusive of the adoption fee.
