Narise's Story
If you are interested in meeting this kitty, please complete our adoption questionnaire at http://www.fluffbuddies.org/infoquestions.php

Narise, born approximately 5/7/24, had SIX kittens when she was estimated to be only 10 months old! Despite it obviously being her first litter, she was a spectacular mom (most mom kitties are famously very attentive and loving), and all her kittens had her personality - social, friendly, purry, interested in us hoomans - so no wonder they were all adopted so quickly.

But it's her turn now to go to her forever home where she just might startle her adopter - you leave the room, go to another room, turn around - and she's there! Where'd you go? Whatcha doing? Can I help?

What is unusual about her is instead of carrying her tail straight up, she walks around at time with it bent over her back so the tip points to the back of her head.

***Update - Adopted 7/12/25, returned 9/22/25 for chasing and jumping on the small dog in the household to the point the dog hid in the closet and had to be carried to her food and carried outside to potty.. We don't know if she was 'playing' or took a dislike to the dog? But we've now marked her as no dogs (however, she is perfectly fine with fosterer's 12lb little dog) in the household. Adopter wrote on surrender form: She (Violet is her adopted name) is a wonderful, sweet, playful girl who loves to be around people.

NOTE: Between the time she was adopted and returned, fosterer took in another adult female. This kitty was aggressive towards submissive Narise at first (despite a slow intro) so she has been quiet and retiring - not the outgoing and curious kitty she was before - and will be again in the right home.

***Update - Adopted 12/13/25, returned 12/19/25. Fosterer's favorite reason: Her meow is too quiet - not like her other kitty was. Sigh. Adopter noted how Narise played and played with toys.

Hoping third time is a charm for this sweet, deserving kitty.

Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays from noon to 4pm.
