Nala

NALA is an adorable white and black female kitten (with a cute black dot on her nose) who is approx. 8 months old. She is a very sweet and friendly girl who loves being around her fosters (they say she is a ‘velco’ kitten). She loves to be petted and snuggle and, if she had her way, she would sit on your lap all day. Nala likes to talk with her fosters and has a sweet and loud purr. She is food motivated and loves her food and treats. Nala is quite smart and likes to figure out ways to get into closets so be sure to keep them secure so she doesn’t close herself inside or get into things. Nala enjoys looking out the windows and sitting on her scratching post; she likes using a cardboard scratcher. She is very playful – her favorite toys are stuffed toys with bell sounds and catnip. And, she loves chasing the fleece on a wand toy and interacting with her foster with toys. Nala would like a home where her adopter isn’t gone long hours every day. She is in her kitten biting stage and nips feet to engage in play. She should not go to a home with children at this time.<br/><br/>She has not been around other animals in our program and would probably do best as an only pet. Remember, cats can live 18+ years so be sure you can give Nala her forever home.<br/><br/>Nala is spayed, FeLV and FIV negative, and distemper and rabies vaccinated. Her adoption fee is $200.
