She is a talker and loves to carry on conversations with you! She is so thankful to be inside and to have a warm place to lay her head. <br/><br/>Since Nadia is FIV positive, we want adopters to feel informed and comfortable about what that means. FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) is a slow-progressing virus that affects a cat’s immune system, but many FIV-positive cats live long, healthy, and happy lives — just like Nadia.<br/><br/>FIV is not easily transmitted and is primarily spread through deep bite wounds, not casual contact like sharing food bowls, grooming, or cuddling. With regular veterinary care and a loving indoor home, FIV-positive cats can thrive for many years. As research continues, we’re learning more every day that FIV is not a life sentence, but simply something to be mindful of.<br/><br/>Nadia is very healthy and happy. She would do best in a home as the only pet. <br/><br/>She'd love to meet you!
