Nacho's Story

Meet Nacho, an irresistibly adorable and super-cuddly tuxedo kitten who’s ready to melt his way into someone’s heart. Nacho was surrendered to Animal Services, and while we don’t know his past, one thing is clear—he was loved by humans early on. You can feel it in the way he leans into your hands and purrs with his whole tiny body.

Nacho is a little shy at first, but give him a couple of days and he’ll show you his true self: a gentle sweetheart who melts into your arms the moment you pick him up, looking up at you with big soft eyes and a loud, rumbling purr.

He loves to play, though he can be a bit quiet—likely because his foster brothers are bigger, and he’s still figuring out how to keep up with their rough-and-tumble style. When he’s not exploring or playing, you’ll find Nacho lounging happily on the back of the couch or curled up in his favorite cat bed, soaking in the safety and comfort of indoor life. He’s made it clear: being an inside-only kitty is exactly where he wants to be.

With his gentle spirit, sweet cuddle habits, and soft tuxedo charm, Nacho would make the perfect addition to your home—just in time for the holidays.

All cats and kittens adopted through Friends of Felines are spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on FVRCP vaccinations and rabies shots (if old enough).

See our adoption process below:

1) Fill out the adoption application at https://friendsofelines.org/adopt
2) Meet with the cat in their foster home
3) If you and the cat are a match then we will set a take home date 1-7 days after the meeting depending on schedules.
