Mystique's Story
Mystique was a great mother to her 3 kittens, but once they were weaned, she definitely wanted her alone time away from them. She is a young, shy, gentle girl who would benefit from a patient and quiet household were she can take her time settling in. She may take a bit to warm up to her new humans, but she seems the type to bond closely with the people she learns to trust. Mystique loves gentle pets, especially under her chin, and she may even roll over and show you her belly as your shower her with attention. Mystique would flourish in a calm environment, so we don't recommend her for a home with young children. She would be a great cat for those who work long hours, or anyone who would love the company of a beautiful cat without the hassle of a more "needy" feline. She has been fostered with other cats and will coexist with them without issue so long as they respect her space (she'd likely not been a good match for a cat looking for a snuggle buddy or a playmate).
