Myrtle 's Story
Meet Myrtle!

Myrtle is a beautiful cream-orange domestic shorthair tabby estimated to be approximately two years old. Myrtle was rescued alongside her five beautiful kittens during the summer of 2025. After lovingly raising her babies — all of whom have since found loving forever homes of their own — Myrtle is now patiently waiting for the opportunity to find a forever home where she can finally be the center of someone’s love and attention.

Myrtle is an exceptionally sweet and affectionate girl who thrives on human companionship. She enjoys being close to her people, whether that’s relaxing beside them, being held, or receiving plenty of pets and attention. Her gentle, loving nature makes her a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal and affectionate feline companion.

Although Myrtle is no longer in the kitten stage, she still has a playful side and enjoys interactive toys such as feather wands and springs. She offers a wonderful balance of playfulness and calm companionship.

Myrtle would do best as the only pet in the home, as she does not appear comfortable living with other cats or dogs. A quieter home with older children would likely be the best fit to help ensure she feels safe and comfortable while allowing her boundaries to be respected.

Myrtle is fully vetted and ready for adoption. She is spayed, fully vaccinated including boosters, triple-tested negative (for FIV, FeLV and heartworms) and has been treated for fleas and parasites.

After dedicating so much love and care to raising her kittens, Myrtle is ready for a loving home of her own where she can feel safe, cherished and adored.
