Mustard's Story

Meet Mustard! Mustard came in as a kitten with his brother, Pesto. The two of them were feral kittens, so they stayed with a foster for a few months to tame up. Mustard is the more social of the two. He loves to check new volunteers out from the safety of his kennel, and enjoys gentle petting.

Outside of his kennel, he is more interested in playing than in getting attention. He is a curious and energetic boy who loves to run, play, and especially explore. He likes climbing up on cat trees and sipping from all the fountains. He'll chase after any toy you toss in front of him - or other cats, if they'll let him.

Mustard does well with other cats. He can be shy of sudden movements or noises, so we aren't sure how he would do with kids or dogs. He takes some time to warm up to new people and situations, so we think he would do best in a small household where he can bond tightly to his chosen humans.

Mustard is estimated to be a year old as of July 2026. He has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. With an approved application, his adoption fee is $79.50. We would also do a two-for-one for him and his brother, Pesto.

If you are interested in adopting this particular dog or puppy, please see our Adoption Guidelines at http://www.humanesocietyall.com/applications/ .
