Mushu

Meet Mushu!
Mushu has a long and adorable history with Southwood Animal Hospital! We first met this handsome guy back in 2022, when we found him prowling around our mini forest all by himself. Being the animal lovers we are, we just couldn’t leave him to fend for himself so close to a busy road. So, we brought him inside, gave him a safe place to stay, and named him Squaredance.
Luckily, Squaredance didn’t stick around for long! He was adopted later that same year and went off to start his happily-ever-after.
Unfortunately, a change in his family’s living situation meant that he eventually found his way back to us—but this time, under his new name: Mushu. And let us tell you... Mushu came back with a LOT more attitude!
Mushu is a big boy with a big personality and some very firm boundaries. At 13 pounds, he knows exactly what he wants: to be the one and only king of your household. He would do best as your only kitty, where he can have all the attention, affection, and royal treatment he deserves.
And while Mushu may not be a fan of sharing his kingdom with other cats, he absolutely LOVES his people! His favorite place in the entire world is your lap—you just need to be strong enough to handle all 13 pounds of love coming your way!
Mushu is also a hard worker at the biscuit factory, putting in plenty of overtime whenever he gets some good pets. And if you really hit the spot? He may even reward you with some happy drools.
If you’re looking for a big, cuddly, slightly sassy king who will happily make your lap his throne, Mushu just might be your guy!
Name: Mushu
Gender: Male/Neutered
Birthday: 5/19/2022
Current Location: Southwood Animal Hospital
Minimum Adoption Donation: $100
