Murphy

Murphy is a very energetic young man. His favorite place to play is a clean litter box.. he'll even sleep in it. He loves toys. Every night, he takes all of his toys out of their basket, and every day, we clean them up for him since they're everywhere. He will call out to if he's in hunting mode, and will stalk around the house looking for a toy to tackle. He loves other cats, and befriends all the strays that come up to the back porch windows. He'll play with critters (bugs) that come inside, so his hunting is very limited to his toys, rather than things that are actually alive. He is not much of a cuddler, but he will lay next to you in bed or on the couch. He really loves his sister, Rooney, in a way that is different from other siblings. When Rooney was in a kennel for 2.5 weeks recovering from a serious surgery, he was always trying to be with her in her crate. We think they would be great to keep together forever because of this behavior. They're also practically identical so they would make a very cute and fun pair! Murphy is totally ok with dogs, but Rooney not so much.
