MUNSTER's Story

MUNSTER is a very sweet 5 to 6 month old, CREAM TABBY SWIRL DOMESTIC SHORTHAIR male kitten, who is looking for a home. <br/><br/>Munster came to SPCR from Chicago animal control where he was looking for a rescue that could help fix his infected eye. Unfortunately after treatment we learned that his eye was not able to be saved and he had it removed. Munster is fully vetted. He is neutered, has his rabies and distemper vaccine, FeLV/FIV negative, microchipped and dewormed. <br/><br/>Munster is very sweet. He loves to be held and plays very nice. Young kids or a busy household will be too much for him. He can be an only cat if you are home all day or he needs another gentle cat friend. <br/><br/>Munster loves to chase balls, play in tunnels and on cat trees, and watch the birds and squirrels outside. <br/><br/>Munster would prefer a no dog home or one that is low energy and will leave him alone. <br/><br/>Munster is currently eating both dry and canned food. <br/><br/>ADOPTION FEE $50. Specialty Purebred Cat Rescue's Adoption Policy
We rarely get kittens of any breed. If we do, they will be listed in the “Available for Adoption” section. We can only hold cats for ONE WEEK. IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO ADOPT A CAT NOW, PLEASE WAIT TO FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. Please remember that our cats are located in various foster homes in 6 different midwestern states (Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota). We do adopt to people out of state but WE DO NOT SHIP OR TRANSPORT OUR CATS. You must pick up the cat in person at the foster home. You cannot send a representative. So, you would be looking at a road trip or plane ride. If you cannot do this, please DO NOT APPLY. We do not keep a waiting list for any breeds. Please be sure that you are interested in a specific cat on the “Available for Adoption” page before filling out an application. YOU MUST FILL OUT EVERY SPACE OF THE ADOPTION APPLICATION OR IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR PROCESSED. Please note: we will contact your vet to make sure your other animals are fixed and up to date on vaccinations. Please notify your vet and give them permission to release your information to SPCR.
