Mrs. White's Story
Meet Mrs. White, a solo 1.5 year old spotted cat!

Mrs. White must have been raised around people who treated her very well, because she is as friendly and gentle as the most pampered house cat. Right now she’s secluded in her own room, but she clearly wants more time and attention from humans than a few daily visits allow. She has met a few children when families came to adopt her kittens, and she was just as calm and sweet with them as she is with adults. I think she would enjoy having people around, so a large family or retiree would be great.

She loves to sit on laps, receive belly rubs, purr, and get pet. She soaks up affection and rewards you with great cuddles and a loud purr. She also loves to talk. She is very vocal and can be very loud. She meows to get attention, especially when she’s lonely, but also seems to narrate what she’s doing and thinking. It gives her a lot of personality, but if you have thin walls, she might not be the cat for you.

Mrs. White’s favorite solo activity is lying down on her fuzzy blanket and staring out the window watching for birds. She has the best chittering noise when she sees a yummy bird or even, on a few occasions, a house fly. Her ideal home would provide her a cat tree in front of a window with a bird feeder or interesting commotion to look at.

What Mrs. White is looking for in a home:

- She needs to live indoors only.
- She has no known history with cats.
- She has no known history with dogs.

All Alley Cat Project’s cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption.

Thank you for your interest in adopting Mrs. White!
