Mr. Oreo was being fed outside by foster and volunteer extraordinaire, Tina, and she quickly realized that he isn't ont feral at all. She easily got him inside. He was already neutered and so friendly, he must have been someone's pet at one time. No microchip and no one claimed him. <br/><br/>Mr. Oreo is sweet, affectionate and loves attention.
