Who doesn’t love a somewhat bossy, but well-intentioned chatty cat? In return for pate, Mr. Neckles will return the favor with affection, sweetness, and all-around happiness. He loves booty scratches, lap sitting, and human conversation. He’s such a wonderful boy, especially with adults who can read his body language. Because he wants to be the center of all conversations, Mr. Neckles prefers a home without other cats or small humans.<br/><br/>Mr. Neckles is about 3 years old, fully vet checked, neutered, Felv negative, UTD on vaccinations, treated for parasites, microchipped (with lifetime free registration), and fostered/ socialized in a loving family home.
