Crossroads Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
The best way to adopt a new friend is to bring your entire family to visit the shelter. To adopt we require a valid ID. The minimum age requirement to adopt is 18 years of age. We do not have an online application all inquiries and adoptions require the adopter to be present. We do not provide over-the-phone holds or adoption fee transactions. All holds and placements require the adopter to be present. Public Hours: Wednesday to Sunday 12:00 to 5:00 pm (Wednesdays limited viewing please call ahead) Crossroads Animal Shelter 2800 10th St SE, Buffalo, MN 55313 763-684-1234 info@crossroadsshelter.org Directions: Approximately 3 miles east of Buffalo off Hwy. 55 and County Rd 14 at 10th Street, SE. We are 27 miles west of Plymouth on Hwy 55
