Mr Darcy

Meet Mr. Darcy. Yes he lives up to his name! He is the most handsome and proper boy, not to mention a bachelor looking for his forever love.<br/>Mr. Darcy is everything you'd expect from a normal 2.5 month old- playful, inquisitive, curious, naughty, loving, hungry, entertaining and joyful. Unfortunately, he has a medical condition that changes some of his normal life, but with dedication Mr. Darcy will live a long and meaningful life! <br/>He is a Manx kitten born with Spina bifida, which is a shortening of the spine and affects nerves and often results in paralysis. Due to this condition he does not have control of his bowels and bladder. We have him on a good fiber diet which helps keeps his poops firm and easy to clean up. He has less control over his bladder and will need to wear diapers to keep himself clean, as urine will trickle down the back of his legs. We have had him vetted many times and our vet doesn't believe this will improve, however with diet and care to keep him clean, Mr. Darcy will live a perfectly happy life. <br/>Just look at him!!! He is a sweetheart, an adorable kitten who will grow into a beautiful adult and the fun, playful spirit you'd expect. <br/>Please help us give Mr. Darcy his best chance at life.
