Meet Mr. Boots

Mr. Boots was surrendered to the SPCA of East Texas by his owner after they were no longer able to care for him. He is completely vetted but is currently being treated for ear-mites at our clinic. Mr. Boots is a character. He is commonly seen sticking his tongue out in the most adorable way. He is a Medium Hair Mix and has an estimated birth date of 5/3/15. We do not know how he does with dogs but he has been around cats and people his entire life.
