Mouse's Story

Every volunteer and foster who’s met this sweet girl has completely fallen for her charm.

At about one year old, Mouse still has that playful kitten sparkle, but she’s also mastered the art of cozy naps and quality snuggle time. She’s wonderfully social and has been fostered with both cats and dogs, getting along beautifully with everyone she meets.

Have a playful cat at home? Mouse would love a wrestling buddy.
No other pets? No problem — this clever girl is perfectly happy inventing her own fun.
Got a calm adult or senior cat? Mouse is excellent at reading the room and matching other cats’ energy with impressive social grace.

She communicates in the cutest little mrrrrps and meeeps, and while this one-eyed pirate won’t steal your treasure, she will steal your socks — because to Mouse, anything can become a toy.

Mouse does experience occasional herpes flare-ups. Her vet recommends a daily lysine supplement to support her immune system. During flare-ups she may have some sneezing, congestion, or a cloudy eye. These episodes should be monitored but typically resolve on their own.

Mouse is affectionate, adaptable, endlessly entertaining, and ready to bring joy (and possibly mild sock theft) into her forever home.

P.S. We’re fairly certain this technologically advanced cat can operate phones, iPads, and laptops. She’s a big fan of Cat TV and may attempt to manage your screen time accordingly.

If you would like to meet Mouse please email our rescue for an application and we will then follow up with a call and then a meet and greet. c4ptoronto@gmail.com
