Mounds

Meet Mounds, a sweet senior looking to spend his golden years being spoiled in the lap of luxury. Mounds found his home as a young cat but was sadly returned to us after his owner of 12 years passed away. Mounds probably never expected to wind up back in the shelter but when no one wanted to claim ownership, we swooped him right up to ensure his safety. Since returning, Mounds has adjusted wonderfully and loves to hang out with all the cats, staff, volunteers and has had a full work up by our vets to ensure he is in the best health for his age. He only had two teeth left that we had to have removed but that hasn't stopped him from living his life to the fullest or stopped his love of treats. He also began to develop feline asthma and now requires an oral medication every other day. Any interested adopter must be willing to administer this medication as prescribed but we are happy to show you the ropes and how easy it is.
