Morita's Story
Morita is the kind of kitten who quietly steals your heart. With her gentle nature, constant purr, and sweet, loving personality, it's impossible not to fall in love with her.

This precious little girl had a scary start to life. She climbed into a car engine at a supermarket to keep warm and was incredibly lucky to be rescued before the car drove away. Despite her rough beginning, Morita has blossomed into a happy, affectionate kitten who is learning that people are kind and the world is full of fun things to discover.

Once she feels comfortable, Morita becomes wonderfully loving and curious. She enjoys exploring her surroundings, playing with just about anything she can find, and happily accepts cuddles from the people she trusts. She especially loves being held and gently petted, rewarding you with a loud, contented purr. The more love and attention she receives, the more her sweet personality shines.

Morita gets along well with other cats. While she's not as enthusiastic about dogs as her best friend Archie, she is still young and continues to gain confidence every day. Because kittens learn important social skills from feline companions, Morita should be adopted with another playful kitten—her best friend Archie would be a wonderful choice—or into a home with a friendly young cat.

Morita is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, dewormed, and microchipped.

If you'd like to give this gentle, loving girl the forever home she deserves, please complete an adoption application at SouthernCountiesRescue.org.
