Morena's Story

Morena came to us through no fault of her own. Her mama had to move into a senior retirement home that does not allow pets. It was a hard goodbye for her. She wants nothing more than to know Morena is safe, warm, and cherished in a new home.

Morena has been understandably shy since coming into our program but once she warms up to people she is just the sweetest girl who just wants to be loved. She would do best in a relaxed home as an only pet. She would do best with an adult only home or only older children who allow her to decide when she wants attention. Her new family will need to be patient with her at first while she adjusts to her new life and who are willing to give her time to decompress.

Morena is around 8 years old.

If you would like to have the honor of giving Morena the loving home she truly deserves, please submit an online application at https://lunashouse.org/php_email_form/catformphp.html. You can also contact us at catadoption@lunashouse.org

The adoption fee for a single cat through Luna's House is $125 and includes spay or neuter surgery, Rabies and feline distemper vaccines, deworming and flea treatments, FeLV/FIV Combo test, and microchip.
