Moose's Story

Moose and his two sisters, Mayvi and Twitch, came to us as owner surrenders and have spent the past two months in foster care acclimating to home life. Moose is a sweet boy who enjoys sleeping with you at night and loves pets—on his own terms. While he isn't a fan of laps or being held, he's always nearby and will happily be your little shadow.

Moose would thrive in a home with one of his siblings or with a friendly, confident cat who can take him under their wing and enjoy playtime with him. He's an active, playful guy who loves wand toys and laser pointers and will happily zoom around the house looking for someone to engage with him.

Because Moose prefers not to be held, we're seeking a home with children aged 12 and older. He is truly deserving of a patient, understanding family—give him time, and he'll reward you with his playful antics and growing affection.

Please note that this cat is at the Purrfect Pause Cat Cafe in Boulder. Hourly entry visits with adoptable cats are $16 for adults and $14 for Kids 8-12, students, seniors & military. This entrance fee is to help support the care of the cats and the mission of Purrfect Pause Cat Cafe. Walk ins are usually welcome or you can visit https://www.purrfectpause.com to schedule a visit.
