Cat AdopTion Service's Adoption Policy
Please visit us at http://www.sdcats.org Some of our cats are abandoned pets found mixing in colonies of feral (wild, untamed) cats, and were rescued by the people that feed the cats in those colonies.   Some of our cats were kittens born in the wild, then rescued, tamed and made healthy by our dedicated foster homes.   Some of our cats were rescued from local city and county shelters where they were next on death row.   Before they came into our care, these cats had been discarded, abandoned, left to fend for themselve

Our Mission
Cat AdopTion Service is a no-kill, volunteer organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and permanent placement of homeless cats and kittens. We have no "Main shelter"; instead, we have a network of foster homes throughout San Diego County where our cats reside when they are not at an adoption location.
