Moon's Story
Moon is a big, beautiful young cat who is extremely sweet and playful, but has gone through a lot of changes recently and needs someone he can trust to make him feel safe and loved. He was surrendered to our rescue after he was playing too rough with the many small children in the home, and would definitely appreciate a home without overstimulating kids who don’t understand his boundaries.

He did not grow up with another cat, but was playful with a smaller dog, and we think a lot of his misplaced rough play stems from being an only kitten and never having another cat to teach him appropriate play behaviors. He might really appreciate another friendly, outgoing cat his same age to give him a playmate he’s been missing out on.
