Moon's Story

Moon is a spirited kitty with a heart as big as her boundless energy. Despite having only one eye, this little adventurer experiences the world with extra curiosity and confidence. Her days are filled with zoomies, daring leaps, and enthusiastic play—whether she’s chasing a feather toy or exploring every corner of her space.

Moon also has a genetic condition called overactive sebaceous glands, which simply means her skin produces a bit more natural oil than average. It’s not painful or dangerous and is very manageable with simple care, like occasional gentle wipe-downs or regular brushing. It doesn’t slow her down one bit, and she’s completely unbothered by it.

When playtime is over, Moon happily switches into cuddle mode. She loves curling up for snuggles and purring her way straight into your heart. Sweet, affectionate, and full of life, Moon is looking for a home that will embrace her joyful spirit and love her exactly as she is.

All CCATS's adoptable cats and kittens have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, treated for parasites and have tested negative for FIV/FELV.

Ready to add some purr-fection to your life? Our Mission
We partner with our community to improve the lives of homeless cats; feral, stray, abandoned, and the kittens born to them. We employ and fully support the TNR concept for feral cats and ensure they're returned to a managed colony.
