AGE: Young - about 9 months DESCRIPTION: DSH White with Black “Cow Kitty” LOCATION: Foster Home MY STORY: MooMoo was a tiny baby who showed up at someone’s house. They reached out for help since they had no safe place for him. He was a tiny little cow kitty and seemed very sad but one of our foster kitties, who had never had kittens, started to take care of him. She groomed him and snuggled him and even let him “nurse” for comfort. They are still pretty much attached to one another because wherever Gemma is, MooMoo isn’t far behind. Both are vetted and ready for adoption and would make an excellent pair. MooMoo is such a nice kitty. He is very playful and funny. He has some favorite toys that he carries around in his mouth because he doesn’t want anyone else to ply with them. He’s quite the character. He would be great with kids and other kitties and has even been fostered with small dogs. He would do best with kitty friends so if you don’t have a friend, Gemma, his foster mama kitty, is available, too. She is a beautiful calico so for those who like matching kitties, these two are quite the fun pair. MORE DETAILS: Inside-only home and must keep claws. The adoption fee for this kitty is $100. Adopt a pair of kitties for $150. Each cat and kitten has been: altered (spayed/neutered), vaccinated (age-appropriate) - rabies and distemper combo, microchipped, tested for FeLV (if older than 9 months), and treated for fleas, ear mites, and worms. We ask that interested parties fill out a cat adoption questionnaire only if you are seriously considering adopting this sweet kitty. Once you have submitted the questionnaire, an adoption coordinator will contact you usually within 24 hours. Please be patient and thank you for your interest in this kitty. Panora P.E.T.S.'s Adoption Policy

We ask that interested parties please fill out a pre-adoption questionnaire prior to lining up an appointment to meet the pet of interest. Please fill out the questionnaire only if you are seriously considering adopting an animal. Click on the "Adoption Application" button to the right and then select the appropriate form, either cat or dog questionnaire. Once you have submitted the questionnaire, a volunteer adoption coordinator will contact you usually within 24 hours. Please be patient. Interested in meeting some of our beautiful kitties? Please visit us at our shelter located at 114 W Main Street - Panora, Iowa, on Saturday afternoons from noon to 4pm. You can also visit some of our adoptables at the Petco Jordan Creek location at 6805 Mills Civic Pkwy in West Des Moines, Iowa, during their normal business hours.
