Mona's Story

***NOTE: All AVA kittens under 12 months of age MUST be adopted in pairs or to a home with another kitten or young cat ( under 3 ) . Two is better than one, twice the fun and 1/2 the fun.
Update December 11th - Mona and her littermates mark, Maeve and Marnie are at the Pet Valu, 1080 Wilson St W in Ancaster by Walmart. Go pay these cuties a visit.
Please read Mona's bio, requirements for adoption and if you think she would be a good fit then please go to avacats.org to fill out an online application form. An adoption co ordinator will be in touch.
Dec 1st, 2025 - Mona and her littermates Mark, Maeve and Marnie were born August 8th in a foster home . Their mother Miss Kitt ( who is also up for adoption) was found abandonned pregnant a few weeks before. Fast forward these past several months and Mona is now ready for adoption . She has been flea treated twice, dewormed twice , received both sets of FVCRP vaccines plus rabies and microchipped. Her spay by AVA around 5 months is also included in her $350 adoption fee. Mona is your typical kitten who loves to play, wrestle and cuddle with her littermates. It would be great if she could be adopted with one of them if not she MUST go to a home with another kitten or young cat to keep her company. Little kittens are not appropriate for children under 6. AVA has an indoor and no declaw policy.
