Momsy's Story
I'm a sweet girl who was formerly on the streets (or really a backyard) in Queens when a nice girl saw that I and my family needed help and she got us all spayed and neutered. They noticed that I had a lot of potential and didn't want to put me back outside, so they worked with me and kept me in their home since the end of summer 2023.

Unfortunately, they have a cat who really doesn't like me, so they had to start putting me back outside during the day and then they take me in at night and put me in the bathroom to protect me from their mean cat. This has worked for the last few months, although it has gotten really cold outside, so it's not the best arrangement.

While inside, I learned how to play and become affectionate with humans. I really like being indoors and I heard that I can get a permanent arrangement like that if someone decides to adopt me. I'm totally down for this!

Even if someone doesn't want to adopt me but can foster me right now, I really need the help. The folks who rescued me are leaving the country on January 30th. So I need some help by that point. Would you be able to find it in your heart to help a kitty out? I promise you we'll have a lot of fun together and I can't think of anything better than being out of the cold and in your warm, loving home this winter.

Hope to hear from you soon!
