Momma's Story

Meet Momma! She may be sassy but she sure is cute! She was brought in due to no fault of her own with her two housemates. Both of her house mates have been adopted. Momma is a 7 year old spayed female, tortie/tabby aka a torbie. She has been here since March of this year and is still on the search for her forever home. Momma is very sweet and loves pets, but she can get over overstimulated at times. She will let you know when she's had enough attention and needs a break. Momma does well with other cats and older children, we are unsure on dogs. You'll usually see Momma on her cat post in the middle of the room(It's where she feels powerful and can show her sassiness). Auglaize County Humane Society's Adoption Policy

Our dogs range in price from $100 - $300 depending on breed and age. We prefer our pets forever home to be indoors. We will not allow them to be put on a chain or live primarily outdoors. We require an application before adoption so we can check Veterinarian references and, if renting, landlord approval, along with some other things. We do not transport. The final paperwork must be done in our office. Our cats range in price from $30 - $50 depending on age.
