Meet Momcat
This little lady is a hero. She was living life as a stray, with 5 tiny babies hidden in a bush, when she was hit by a car. She dragged herself back to her babies before collapsing. The people whose driveway she was in called animal control and the animal control officer also found her babies. The entire family was taken to the shelter.
From there she went to a foster home, after a stop at our vet. Her jaw was broken in 3 places. Our vet wired everything back together and, six weeks later, the wires came out and she was spayed.
Through it all, she took care of those babies. If ever a cat deserved a wonderful home, it's this little lady.
