Molly's Story

Please read Molly's bio, requirements for adoption and if you think she would be a good fit then to to avacats.org and fill out an online application form. An adoption co ordinator will be in touch.
Update Jan 4th, 2026 - Molly is now at the Pet Valu, 920 Upper Wentworth across from Limeridge Mall. Go pay this cutie a visit.
December 27th, 2025 - Molly came in to our rescue a few weeks ago. She had been abandonned in a rural area earlier this year, had a litter of kittens who found homes and the feeder asked if we could take her in to our rescue. She was very sweet, and needed a home especially with the weather turning cold. She came to our vet where she was flea treated, dewormed, received her FVCRP and rabies vaccines, microchipped and spayed. Her adoption fee is $250. Molly is a very sweet, playful, kitty who loves to sit on her cat condo and looking out the window. She is loving all the attention she is getting, loves to be petted and loved. She would be fine on her own or with proper introduction to a home with another cat friendly feline. AVA has an indoor and no declaw policy. She would be great with older children.
