Moki's Story

Moki is an affectionate, well-mannered, docile 7.5 year old girl who was rescued many months ago and has been waiting patiently for a home of her own as the only pet. She has been through so much from struggling alone on the streets to blood work and a dental to remove all her bad teeth yet maintains a super sweet disposition. Moki is content snoozing on soft blankets or lounging in cat trees looking out the window. She is a loving girl who snuggles in for hugs, gives head bonks, and enjoys sitting on your lap or laying on your chest. Her favorite food is Friskies soups, and she'll get the zoomies with excitement. Moki sometimes gets nerve pain in her jaw, but gabapentin in her wet food will make her comfortable (meds are $2.50 per month at Chewy). <br/><br/>Moki is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped with an adopt fee of $125. GUIDELINES FOR ADOPTING DOGS We will only adopt dogs in Clark County Nevada. If you have a yard it must be safe, secure gate that small dogs can’t squeeze through, tall enough fence that larger dogs can’t jump over Any dogs you currently have in your home must be spayed or neutered. (Spaying and neutering is mandatory in Clark County.) We will do a home check to verify safety for dog, and to make sure our dog gets along with any pets or children in your home. Entire family should be present for home check. We want to make sure this is the best fit for the dog AND the family. GUIDELINES FOR ADOPTING CATS Adoption fee for Cats vary by age and breed. See bio for further information. All cats have been spayed or neutered, are current on their shots, and have been tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV and are microchipped. 1. The cats are to be INDOOR CATS ONLY. 2. If for any reason you cannot keep the cat please return it to FUPI...no questions asked. 3. The adoption fee is considered a donation and will only be refunded if ok'd by FUPI. ( We understand there may be extenuating circumstances.).
