Mojito's Story

First prize winner of the biggest head in the building, Mojito is a 5 year old neutered male who came into us as a stray. Mojito is a nervous, reserved cat who has been slow to adjust and likes having his hiding spots, but with time he's grown more and more comfortable with us throughout his time at the shelter. He enjoys having his head and chin gently scratched so long as you approach him quietly and don't loom over him too much, as he can be a bit defensive if he feels cornered. He's a sweet boy who'll just need a bit of time and patience to get comfortable in a new home before he can fully open up. Mojito is blind in one eye due to an injury he had before coming to the shelter which has since healed and is no longer hurting him.

For more information on Mojito, call AWS at 860-354-1350 email animalwelfare.socty@snet.net or visit our website aws-shelter.org for an application Adoption Fees for Senior cats (8yrs and up) is $50 Adult Cats $200 and Kittens under a year $250.
