Mom & her 4 kittens were dumped at the Cal City Pet Clinic. They all had upper respiratory issues and vet has been taking care of them. California City Animal Control's Adoption Policy
If interested in adopting a pet from the California City Animal Shelter, call 760-373-1115 or email: Calcityanimalshelter@gmail.com. Currently, adoption fees are $100 for dogs and $75 for cats. This covers the spay/neuter, 1 yr rabies, 1 yr city license and a micro-chip. In the event a female dog is over 65 lbs or a male is over 75 lbs, our local vet will not do the surgery at these costs. You will be required to provide a $50 cash refundable deposit and the overall fees will be reduced by at least $50 In order to have the $50 refunded, proof of the spay/neuter must be provided to the shelter via email.
