Mochi

Last year, Mochi was rescued from the local, lakeside colony in response to urgent reports necessitating immediate care, as the collar he had worn since kittenhood had become deeply embedded in his neck, causing severe constriction. The organization responsible for this area and never responded.  We stepped up to help him.<br/><br/>A four-day trust-building effort resulted in Mochi's successful capture!<br/><br/>His poor little eyes were bulging and his breathing was a concern.<br/><br/>Fortunately, he has been thriving in foster care.<br/><br/>He is neutered, negative tested, and current on vaccinations, & litter trained.<br/><br/>He has been living indoors and outdoors, and is socialized with other cats and dogs.<br/><br/>At approximately five years old, Mochi has a mild heart murmur and a cosmetic scar on his back, likely resulting from a chemical burn or injury.<br/><br/>His personality is characterized by a fondness for sunbathing, occasional play with toys,, and relaxing in cardboard boxes.<br/><br/>Despite his endearing nature, Mochi has received minimal interest, and we remain optimistic that a suitable adopter will emerge to provide him with a loving home!<br/><br/>Kindly share his story to help him find his forever home.
