Their tiny bodies were lethargic, their breathing shallow and rapid. <br/><br/>Among them, one tiny kitten stood out. To me she looked like a beautiful blue point Himalayan mix, only eight weeks old, with eyes like pale sapphires. But those beautiful blue eyes were clouded with exhaustion. She was too weak to even meow.<br/>An overwhelming wave of protective instinct washed over me. I couldn't walk away. I had to find a forever home at LEAST for this precious baby. I looked at the person giving them away, pointed directly at the little blue point kitten, and said, "I want her."<br/><br/>The moment I lifted her into my arms, she felt like a little radiator. She was burning up. I immediately rushed her away from the asphalt and into the cool, air-conditioned safety of my car.<br/> <br/>Now I'm looking for a home for this precious baby. Will you be the one to show her how wonderful life can be?
