Mocha *MUST BE ADOPTED WITH MOOMOO*'s Story

This is Mocha (Brother of Moomoo)! Mocha is such a sweetheart; he loves to play, run around (zoomies!), and wrestle with his brother Moomoo. He is rarely seen alone and is always snuggled up against his brother or the resident cat.

Mocha loves playtime (especially picking wrestling fights with the other cats) and ideally should have some interactive play at least once a day for ~15 minutes. Mocha loves to scratch, so it's recommended to have lots of horizontal and vertical scratchers (otherwise he loves paper towel rolls and high-up upholstery all the same!). Mocha is a little bit skittish with new people at first, but he gets used to them and is happy to interact and receive some pets! He comes around a little later than his brother Moomoo but will be convinced especially with the help of some treats. If you already have a resident cat, it's best that they are also cuddly and willing to give/receive lots of attention (both physical and emotional) with Mocha. He does not really respect boundaries and will plop himself down for a cuddle regardless of if the other cat is wanting to or not.

Mocha (like his brother) love hidey-holes with their favourite being the blankets of your bed under your legs (like a tent). He will hide underneath beds, in closets, under couches, etc. So it's best to close off entry to those areas during the introduction process and provide him with a controlled hidey-hole (beds with tunnels, cat trees with inside areas, etc.). He is also very food motivated and will likely eat the food of your resident cat if not stopped. You might need to feed your resident cat separately from Mocha to ensure everyone is eating enough.

Mocha grew up with his brother Moomoo, and they love to cuddle and run around together during playtime. It is best that they remain together, as I believe they are bonded. They are rarely seen apart, almost always sleeping together, eating together, grooming each other and playing. Please consider taking these two precious kittens, they will love you and be a wonderful addition to your family.

Moomoo and Mocha must be adopted together. Like all ACR cats, Mocha is up-to-date on vaccines and has been treated for fleas and parasites.
