Mocha & Latte are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. If possible, we’d love for Mamaccino (Mama) to come with them — she’s their mom and would thrive staying with her boys. Mama had them very young and still shows playful kitten energy herself, which is part of why this family fits so well together.<br/><br/>Shared backstory:<br/>These three sweet cats came to us after Mama had her kittens on the streets. Over the past 12+ months we’ve shown them what a loving home feels like — sunny window spots, cat trees, planter-box naps, and gentle hands. They’re affectionate, playful, and learning every day; they can still spook (understandable given their start), but they come back when called and now clearly show that people = safe, food, and fun.<br/><br/>Recent updates & household wins:<br/>All three love daily playtime with a laser — we upgraded to an automated random-trajectory laser and they go wild for it.<br/>The kittens graduated to adult food and now all eat the same food with the serving style below.<br/>In December they all have started learning lap time and progress has been steady and heartwarming.<br/><br/>Care basics (quick):<br/>Meals while kittens: 3×/day until 1 year, then wean into 2×/day; current serving style we use: 2 scoops dry + a forkful of wet mixed on a plate. Fresh water with each meal.<br/>Catnip: A good pinch on a plush toy 2×/week for stimulation.<br/>Litter: Open, deep-style litter box (room to move), Arm & Hammer clay — multi-cat.<br/>Daily Laser Pointer time.<br/><br/>Mocha & Latte — DOB: 11/13/2024 (bonded brothers — must be adopted together)<br/>Headline: Bonded brothers, playful, affectionate, ready for a calm forever home<br/><br/>About them:<br/>Mocha and Latte are brothers who bring out the best in each other. They thrive in a relaxed household with window perches, cat trees, and predictable routines. Both love attention, playtime, and quiet companionship.<br/><br/>Mocha (darker fur — larger):<br/>The ultimate loveable loaf — pushes his face into your hand for more face pets and leans in constantly for affection.<br/><br/>Gentle with his paws and content loafing on the floor while you cook.<br/><br/>Showing steady progress with lap time — Almost daily now comes to sit in laps in the morning to look out the window and get soft pets.<br/><br/>Favorite play: wand toys, rolling toys down the hall, and crinkled paper balls.<br/>Latte (lighter fur — slightly smaller):<br/>The affectionate “bathroom buddy” — loves pets after you shower and will paw the curtain to stay near (never wants to get wet).<br/>Loves being brushed and is learning to enjoy lap petting; will rub your legs while you cook.<br/>Clever player — figures out wand toys are your hand and then prefers small chase toys and paper balls.<br/>Enjoys settling on the couch or bed for quiet company.<br/><br/>Adoption note:<br/>Mocha & Latte are bonded and must be adopted together. We prefer to place them as a pair — they are confident together and depend on each other’s company. If possible, we’d love to keep the family together by adopting Mama with them. We rely solely on fostering, volunteers, donations, and adoption fees. An adoption fee of $350 ($175.00 per cat/kitten) must be paid at the time of adoption by either cash or check. All of our adoptable animals are assessed in foster homes, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.
