Meet Mocha & Latte (born 11/13/24) — bonded brothers, playful & affectionate, ready for a calm forever home<br/>About them:<br/>Mocha and Latte are a bonded pair who adore each other and bring out the best in one another. They do best in a relaxed household with access to window perches, cat trees, and comfy planter-box naps. They love affection and play—two sweet boys who respond well to routine, toys, and gentle handling.<br/><br/>Mocha (darker fur, larger):<br/>Mocha is the ultimate loveable loaf. He will push his face into your hand for more pets and almost never gets enough face-scratches — he literally leans in for more. He’s gentle with his paws and will happily snuggle on the floor while you make food. Mocha is learning that laps are okay and sometimes will start a slow lap-session. His favorite play: wand toys, chasing rolling toys down the hall, and crinkled balls of paper.<br/><br/>Latte (lighter fur, slightly smaller):<br/>Latte is the affectionate “bathroom buddy” — he likes being petted after you shower and will even paw at the shower curtain (from a safe dry distance) because he wants to be near you. Latte loves being brushed and is learning to enjoy lap-time petting. He’s the one who will rub up on your legs while you make food. He’s playful but clever — after a while he figures out the wand is your hand and gives you that adorable “I know what you’re doing” look, and paws your hand and he also likes to chase toys and paper balls.<br/><br/>Care basics:<br/>Meals: Kittens currently on 3x/day until 1 year old, then wean into 2x/day.<br/>Serving style we use: 2 scoops dry + a forkful of wet mixed together on a plate. Fresh water with each meal.<br/>Catnip: A good pinch on a plush toy 2x/week for stimulation or catnip toys<br/>Litter: Open deep-style litter box (they need room to move), Arm & Hammer clay — multi-cat.<br/>They enjoy window time, planter boxes, and require a calm adopter who’ll maintain consistent routines and gentle socialization.<br/><br/>Adoption note:<br/>Mocha & Latte are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. If possible, we’d love to keep the family together — adopting Mama (AKA Mamaccino) with them would be ideal, but we understand that may not be possible for every adopter. Please reach out for more photos, videos, or to learn about their daily routine.<br/><br/>These three sweet cats are looking for a calm, relaxed forever home where they can soak up sunny window spots, lounge in planter boxes, and climb cozy cat trees. Mama had her kittens on the streets and, about six months ago, we brought the kittens inside and began teaching the whole family what a loving home looks like. Over the past 6+ months they’ve learned to trust people, enjoy affection and play, and they show the sweetest personalities. We rely solely on fostering, volunteers, donations, and adoption fees. An adoption fee of $350 ($175.00 per cat/kitten) must be paid at the time of adoption by either cash or check. All of our adoptable animals are assessed in foster homes, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet.
