He does well with other cats and is starting to get more comfortable with people. Sometimes he is eager for attention and other times he just wants to be left alone. If you are looking for a quirky boy, this might just be your guy!<br/><br/>Moat is neutered, micro-chipped, and up to date on vaccines.<br/><br/>Adoption Fee: $175<br/><br/>If you have already submitted an application with us within the last year, you do not need to do another one, please email adoptioncounselor@mrfrs.org if you are interested in adopting Moat.
