Born to a devoted TNR mama in Charlotte who has since passed, and with a dad who can no longer care for him due to hospitalization, Mittens is now looking for the stable, loving home he deserves. He's full of love, gratitude, and personality, and would thrive in a home where he can soak up affection and return it tenfold. Adoptions are determined based on best fit and not on a first-come, first-serve basis. Adoptions are not considered finalized until an adoption contract has been completed and the adoption fee has been paid to Windsor Kittens.
