Hi, I'm Mittens — the handsome tuxedo boy with the cutest white paws and a heart full of love. I've been waiting patiently at The PURRfect Match Cat Adoption Center for quite some time now, but somehow the right person hasn't come along yet. I don't understand why — I'm sweet, a little silly, and always ready to make someone smile. I'm about a year old and still have a playful streak (some might call me a bit mischievous ). I love batting around toys, peeking out to see what everyone's doing, and finding cozy spots to nap once I've had my fun. I get along fine with other cats and don't pay much attention to dogs — I'm just an easygoing guy who enjoys calm company and kind hands. Once I trust you, I'll reward you with soft purrs and a whole lot of affection. I may have been overlooked so far, but I promise: once you meet me, you'll wonder how you ever lived without me. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional's recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal's history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Application prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
