Mittens's Story

Mittens was dropped at animal control after his owner deliberately broke his (and his brother's) tail. The break was so bad the vet had to amputate his tail - so now Mittens has a cute little bob tail! Mittens is ready to enjoy a loving home. Despite how awful his prior owner was, he and his brother Soki are very sweet boys. They just want what every pet wants - a loving owner who will give them treats, attention and love. Mittens enjoys sitting on laps and getting attention.

Although we would love to keep the brothers together, they are not bonded and can go to separate homes. We will reduce the adoption fee if an adopter would like to adopt the pair.

He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, negative for FelV and FIV and will go home with a “Go Home Goody Bag” that includes a starter supply of his food, toys, a free month of pet insurance and a voucher for a free vet exam. He is fostered in Bolton, CT.
